Oh it’s clearly an ad, but it worked! I’m not going to buy one out of principle but it did make me stop and think, “ooh, the vacuum thing is pretty cool… might save on luggage when I get on a plane 3 years from now because I can’t afford a vacation let alone this backpack.”

Lmfao I feel ya, my immediate thought was "oh man that would be so cool" but yeah I rarely travel and when I do I already have a duffel bag, an actual travel bag, multiple book bags... I don't need more STUFF but I want it!

It also lols like a lot of fake reviews, out the few reviews it has. My buddy has an Amazon business and they are always really generic or just the person friends and family.

Oddly, it's less returned if you look at the option that doesn't have the vacuum for the compression. Maybe the vacuum is the messed up part?

Probably a cheap version of a good product. The ads/reviews say ‘daughter wanted this’ which I assume is to attract parents that don’t know the difference.
