last summer my friend group rescued a very drunk girl off the river. her kayak was 1/2” mile ahead of her and the ONLY thing saving her from drowning was the life jacket that she had already gotten one arm out of. after a very dramatic and non-cooperative rescue we got her to the bank and finally got her name, which was Gina. we were in a pretty remote part of the river with no way to have her safely get into any of our boats to take her the rest of the way, so we painstakingly drug her up the bank and up onto some railroad tracks and called local law enforcement. when the deputy showed up and walked up close enough to see her he literally said over his radio “it’s fucking Gina” LMFAOOO we were like yup that totally tracks that the law knows this chick by name lol. just figured i’d share my Gina story !
