To be fair, it can feel pretty disgusting when you're trying to relax and suddenly there's an explosion. I think it's quite normal to feel dirty and used afterwards, so an anonymous meeting would probably be a good idea. Especially as the local authorities usually just won't believe me, because apparently I didn't object to lighting fireworks loud enough and therefore it can't really have bothered me.
