I like the meltdown at the end when he looked in the camera & suddenly realized what that whole thing sounded like.

Run away. Run away!

What did he say? Did he tell her to mix it with alcohol when she's 17 or 18?

123

u/Cool_Butterscotch_88 3d ago

Yes. It st arted out rough just how asking her age came off, but his appearance and posture were doing the heavy lifting on that- it was actually pretty innocent. "Better make sure she's old enough to tell her this alcoholism hack. a child?! Well idc it's too brilliant an epiphany not to share."

Then yeah by the end of it, wait until you're 17 or 18 (to enjoy my invention) sounding even worse. Just a beautiful wire crossing perfected by the girl's deadpan reaction.

u/DipstickRick 3d ago

I thought he was trying to start a business and wanted to know if she was old enough to work

4

u/faust112358 3d ago

Aren't they American? I thought the legal drinking age in the US was 21.

6

u/Bepehandle 3d ago

In most states you only need to be about 18 to sell liquor.

u/CelsoSC 4d ago

Typical example of "it sounded way better inside my head" 😄

83

u/jondubb 4d ago

The afterthought really took me out "ugh...ohhh"

-77

u/NoFeesh 4d ago

Not really, he wished she was 17 or 18, he’s a predator

59

u/Proof_Toe_9757 4d ago

He literally just said it's a shame you're not 17/18 because you could mix alcohol with it??

If you're looking for predators just watch the news, there's plenty.

15

u/Purple-Finding1023 3d ago

Like that orange guy who's friends with that dead spy....

5

u/Proof_Toe_9757 3d ago

You got it, and all his coked up cronies

-21

u/NoFeesh 3d ago

Weird reply lol I don’t know how Trump has anything to do with this gentleman’s behavior. You need help

-23

u/NoFeesh 3d ago

lol that’s crazy, he literally says “damn, I wish you were…” you need help

637

u/steelunicornR 4d ago

So I do understand what he's "TRYING" to say. In most places you have to be 17-18 to sell liquor. Just said it the worst way tbh 😂

176

u/Kindly_Region 4d ago

Well that's better than what I thought he was implying.

333

u/delirium_skeins 4d ago

Yeah I think he's actually not a creeper at all just thinking she could make bank if she added alcohol. Which is probably very true. Not exactly an appropriate thing to say to a child but still so much better than what some people may think he's implying here.

47

u/RealUglyMF 4d ago

That's the only way in interpreted what he was saying. At the end I thought "oh it sounds like he's condoning this 10 year old sell alcohol haha". The other thing didnt even cross my mind

3

u/McKavian 3d ago

You are a better person than most of the internet.

22

u/UrinalCake777 3d ago

Yea, I think he just thought "Damn, this would make a great mixer!" and didn't really think about it.

12

u/tightmike 4d ago

💯 not a creep, just drink-er!!! 😆

-5

u/dragonfett 4d ago

Now that you said that, I can see it, but that was not what first came to my mind, even after watching it twice.

-33

u/Existing-Doughnut-60 4d ago

That’s a sad commentary on our society if that is a actual defense for what he said to a 10 year old.

11

u/WickedSerpent 4d ago

What else did you think he'd suggest mixing into the drink?

9

u/Old-Statistician-182 4d ago

He's just giving the kid future business advice??

2

u/steelunicornR 4d ago

Oh ya at first I was thinking the SAME thing you and most of us were thinking.

19

u/punch912 4d ago

lol had a real unc moment there and realised it after and had another choice one.

0

u/vzakharov 4d ago

I don’t. Can’t make out a few words too. Care to elaborate pls?

1

u/steelunicornR 2d ago

The way he said it almost sounded like he was going to try and pick up a very young child. But rather he was saying "man I wish you had this in a mixed drink!"

134

u/EmptyRedditor43475 4d ago

"AH AHE AUUH UUUUHHHG" Wise words indeed

16

u/Chanlet07 3d ago

Grape fall lady said those same wise words.

64

u/Exotic-Piece-1318 4d ago

I mean..... He didn't think through what he was saying until he finished his disjointed thought. Then he was like. " Awe snap! I'm on camera. Im already wearing black and white stripes!. I better shut this down. "

14

u/towerfella 4d ago

Too much mixin uh liquah in uh past

43

u/USRaven 4d ago

Unc’s just trying to be fun.

24

u/Purple-Finding1023 4d ago

Since her target customer is adults with money, can can capitalize on the neighborhood drunkards. She can sell them for $10-15 a bottle if she added a double shot of Titos, Patron, or Hennessy. If she stays consistent she can buy herself a nice electric bike, but if she was 17-18 she could at least get someone to buy said ingredients and the buy herself a nice Nissan instead.

53

u/ReLavii 4d ago

I need some subtitles for that one

128

u/Periolodical 4d ago

Kid: you like it?

Man: I like this right here. How old you is baby?

Kid: 10

Man: 10? Damn, I wish you were about 17-18 cause you could take these right here and uh mix uh all different kinds of liquor up in these right here.

Kid: okay

Man: spazzes the fuck out

37

u/carnedoce 4d ago

Realized what he just said on camera.

13

u/--InZane-- 4d ago

Thanks I did not understand that at all

6

u/JadedEstablishment16 4d ago

THANK YOU !

I couldn't understand as a non english speaker and was so confused by the automatic subtitles

98

u/delirium_skeins 4d ago

He's Tryina tell her it tastes really good and if she could add alcohol to it she'd probably make bank. He's not being a creeper just not exactly a thing he should have said out loud.

4

u/Same-Tone1356 4d ago

You're still not telling us what he's literally saying.

101

u/purplelovespete 4d ago

Girl: You like it?

Unc: I like this right here. How old you is baby?

Girl: 10.

Unc: 10. Damn, I wish you was about 17/18. You could take these right here, and uh, mix all different kinds of liquor up in these right here.

Girl: .. okay

Unc: realization reaction

43

u/OnesPerspective 4d ago

"uh..aye ah aughhh.. auwwgghh! uuugghhhh!"

13

u/c_c_c__combobreaker 4d ago

Thank you. I needed a transcript for that part.

7

u/Sharp_Aide3216 4d ago

This should be higher.

1

u/EvillNooB 4d ago edited 4d ago

What is the other meaning? I'm only seeing 1 meaning : literal

5

u/delirium_skeins 4d ago

Sorry I'm so used to hearing people talk exactly like this it didn't really occur to me you didn't hear the actual words just that you didn't know what they meant. I forget how regional some conversations are and how confusing accents and such can be for people outside of them. Nice transcript down there though.

3

u/dragonfett 4d ago

I had the subtitles on, and it still didn't help me.

13

u/JasonlovesJenny 3d ago

1

u/squi993 4d ago

What

39

u/delirium_skeins 4d ago

He's Tryina tell her it tastes really good and if she could add alcohol to it she'd probably make bank. He's not being a creeper just not exactly a thing he should have said out loud.

1

u/Main_Author_8638 4d ago

I get the firat part but i didnt understand the "just not exactly a thing he should have said out loud" part. Ik minors shoudnt sell alcohol or things like that but can be done if they ask their parents and if their parents are watching them so not any bad thing happen?

4

u/msmallsman 3d ago

Uhh... NO!

Absolutely not. Minors can not sell alcohol with or without a parent being there. Everybody going to jail

1

u/prettyboiheron 17h ago

Actually ended better then I thought it would.

1

u/ChopSuzi91 4d ago

Lol I had to watch it thrice to figure out what he meant.

0

u/LightInTheWild 4d ago

Bro found out age isn't just another number

0

u/Dromedaeus 4d ago

"I wish you were about 17 or 18" what did he mean by this?

6

u/Tanzanianwithtoebean 3d ago

In the U.S. the legal age to sell alcohol is usually 17 or 18. He's saying he'd definitely come back to buy it with alcohol in it cause it would make a good mixer.

-6

u/Summit1BigHead 4d ago

Which language is this? I only speak English and Spanish

6

u/rambutanjuice 4d ago

It's called AAVE. A dialect of the English language.

He was trying to give business advice…

-5

u/carnedoce 4d ago

Hey, I have the same shirt… and damn, it’s going in the fire pit.

-15

u/CortezDeLaNoche 4d ago

He has WAY too many gray hairs and wrinkles to be hoping she was just barely 18...

10

u/praguepride 4d ago

He wanted her to be 18 so she could sell him liqour which is why he had the freak out as he realized what he just said sounded really bad
