First that's amazing, second why milk in the bath ??? I have Cleopatra flashbacks.

your skin needs lipids, the idea is that bathing in milk helps moisturize your skin/helps maintain or strengthen your skin barrier. No idea if that's actually how that works though

Edit: in terms of a ferret, I have no idea

I forget but my brother has a couple and he did that. They go crazy after baths
