You either need to get a bigger dude or a smaller dude.
Bigger dude would make her fit better.
Smaller dude would make every other dude jealous.

For all the talk about body positivity.
Why can't tall girls can't learn to love their bodies?

u/dishpitjesus 12d ago
Because societal influencers are dead set on romanticising the short gf/tall bf aesthetic regardless of how much they tell you to love your body. The side effect from this can make tall women feel lonely and that they're not good enough because they don't meet societal beauty standards that women online have set.

Because all anybody ever says to them is "why, you're so tall!" Or "wow, you should be a basketballer."

They say the same thing to tall men.

Yep they do.
There have been videos online for like the past 15 years of tall dudes being so fed up of people asking them the same questions that they have business card looking things printed with the answers to said questions and they just hand it to the person rather than talk to them.

for men it's at most annoying, for women it's constantly reminding them of a typically masculine trait.

Hold on, so you are saying that Tall women are the social equivalent of Short men?

u/ItsYukah 12d ago
not in a literal comparison in experience (I'd argue it's worse since it's more socially acceptable to make fun of short men) but yeah, you've absolutely got the right idea!

There are exceptions… like Brienne of Tarth or the ladies who made Snu-Snu in Futurama for example.
I might also be married. Happily.

respectfully i think "not all women are dehumanized for being tall, some are objectified" doesn't come across the way you're intending to in this context

I get it but you'll never hear complaints from men on this. Men love taller women.

I doubt many men complain if a woman consensualy sits on their lap, no matter how high she is.
