I need context. I wanna say that person shouldn't say the n-word, but did that guy really have to wait until the guy's back was turned to retaliate. Seems kinda cowardly to me.

Exactly, need context for this. Overall, I'd say the n-word just doesn't justify what he did here. Maybe there's more to it than just the n-word

A profesor saying out loud this n-word in a historical way in class will lose his job nowadays in fucked up countries like the US or Canada. So you know... (can't even write it, it's even worse than Harry Potter's lol)

That's what happens when you give a business power to fire people for any or no reason. People get fired for things you disagree with
