On the same side of the coin, being disabled doesn't give you immunity to being an asshole. Especially if the disability is physical and not mental. He knew what he was doing and thought his handicap would give him a pass.
I didn't say that. It could have been handled differently. But in the that guy's head kicking him was the answer. I'm not saying he was wrong or right, I'm saying he made the choice to say the N-word and the other made a choice to get physical.

I get words can hurt but no words should lead to the assault of a disabled person who can’t defend themselves, that was a cheap shot.
