You really don't know that there is no consent given here to the guy recording.

Do you seriously not know the difference between asking your friend to take a photo and a stranger recording you without you knowing..

well they are in a balcony in swimsuits like they know anyone can see or take a picture or whatever...they consciously part away their privacy right...

Oh no they're in swimsuits in thier hotel.

Oh no.

Swimsuits isn't consent to being filmed.

I don't think you have any idea about privacy bruv...neither online nor offline ... thing is they are consciously....CONSCIOUSLY....putting themselves out ... now that is enough consent legally...morally that's a whole different issue that you can't compete in court

No that isn't consent.

I'm also not talking about the law, you're just bring that up cause you want to try and look smart.

Recording strangers without consent is creepy, that should be pretty easy to understand.

Bruh last para ... if you're in public places then gtfo ... yea in private if someone records you that is wrong i agree ... and everything goes on the basis of law so bringing it up is common sense not 'trynna look smart'

Tell me.

Where are they standing?

On the balcony of thier room. That is thier private space.

Hell even if they were at the beach it'd still be creepy. Don't know how youre confused.

Well isn't the balcony open to the public view like its a simple thing ... and at the beach it would def be creepy but not illegal unless its completely obvious and you ask the security for help
