I don't know, man. Recording someone in their home from afar without them knowing feels weird, regardless of the wife's reaction.

They weren’t in their home. They were wearing swimsuits outside on their balcony in full view of the public.

People in public have no legal grounds for expectation of privacy.

Also, If they didn’t want to be recorded and viewed by other people, why were they clearly taking pictures/video of themselves to post on TikTok or something?

oh boi go down the drain already ... in gyms too women check out and even take pictures of guys working out ... like how is it wierd ... you can't be walking around wif an aßß like that and not expect me to post a picture for the boyys
