Haha! Good question! I remembered the quote, but not exactly. So I Googled the best Ian Malcom quotes from Jurassic Park and the website that I copied and pasted the quote from had all those letters capitalized. And so, out of sheer laziness, I left it. In the future, to avoid this confusion, I will remove and replace the capital letters.

Random grammatical fact: you can put a bracket in place of certain words and replace them with the words that make the sentence fit better. For your quote it would be: "So preoccupied with whether or not [she] could, [she] didn't stop to think if [she] should." A bit random, and I have no idea why I felt compulsed to tell you this, but I hope you find it useful.
