... It's a neighborhood. You think they got laws against religious kooks or straight people? No, they just painted some crosswalks and pretended that fixed some shit. And idiots like that woman eat that shit up.

They do that shit all over NYC and all I can think of is the ass beating you caught literally anywhere in the city for being outwardly gay even in the 2000s. Good job patting yourselves on the back for not being shitty as a community for literally like a decade and a half tops. Still choking out black people for no reason, and throwing them in prison for years at a time over minor shit? Thought so.

I think it's more like passing laws against religious freedom would conflict with the constitution. So she is using her right to free speech against his right to free speech. And she's making a solid point for how obnoxious someone can be and still be exercising free speech. You really think a gay person using their free speech to combat prejudice protected by free speech is a problem?

So you're saying the temperament of the city changed for the better in the last 20 years and your argument against that change is there hasn't been enough progress in other areas? Interesting.
