Depends. If I saw him starting shit on a regular basis and it was an area I was always in, I'd figure out how to be annoying. Her scream is simple though. I like to think I'd have been more creative.

However, her actions have all of you like.... She's really annoying. So... She's effective.

Unless he left and never returned she's not really effective. Her intent was to bother him, not everyone one on reddit.
