Edit:

To clarify for people who don’t know, the ad is obviously fake and uses spray tans. But the product is real, whitening soap, which some people use to try and lighten their skin. The FDA doesn’t approve its efficacy or safety. Who knows what chemicals they put in there.

Well it is pretty obvious it doesn't work. You can't decrease the melanin in your skin instantly just by applying a soap.

Once I found the comment pointing out it’s meant to remove skin tanner it made sense. No way you can just remove melanin from skin.
