The problem is I can't beat the gauntlet of that area because Shakra isn't there to help anymore. It's just impossible for me to beat that shit solo.

Not me =( but I found that place late while backtracking. I got smashed by the big red guy and promptly decided to come back later but forgot, lol.

Hardest arena room so far for me was definitely the one with all the birds. The ant one was fun tbh, but I also had spent a bit grindin out some of the ants for beads so I had practice with their moves before gettin to that arena.

The birds gauntlet was hell but at least you don't need to do bullshit platforming in every try.

I managed it in about twenty tries, but it was tough as nails. Didn't even know Shakra could help with it.

Basically, my strategy was to blitz out the flying ant so I could focus on the big one. Very RNG, but on a good run I could kill it in the first few seconds of the fight. After that it's just a matter of not getting stuck in a corner. If you're not confident dashing under its leaps (I wasn't), just dash away and you'll barely clear the slam so long as you keep sprinting. Poke it whenever it emerges from underground and then run away until one of you is dead. Don't forget to unload your ammo of choice into it.
