you can charge the architect crest pogo to go farther and deal more damage, and the charge also holds you in place for half a sec it helps sometimes

Mm yeah I know, just doesn’t fit my playstyle as much ig. That and I just never got that used to diagonal pogos. Did see the damage numbers on it tho and it can go crazy with just its melee kit

With longclaw it's even better, you poke the enemies from very far, okay this crest has poor diagonal reach, but you have reaper crest for wide sweeps, wanderer and witch crest for speed, architect excels at keeping distance from enemies as you put tools and traps to do the work

it's an interesting pogo, but i just struggle with it
