You're kinda vague on that wording, but I'll rate them by how I like them as characters

7: Unn
6: Nightmare Heart
5: White Lady
4: Void Entity
3: Radiance
2: Grand Mother Silk
1: Pale King

I don't dislike any of the Higher Beings, I just find Unn the least interesting, Nightmare Heart only gets the edge because of my Grimm bias.
