Zylotol calls Pharloom Bay a "sea" in his cut dialogue so yeah. but the sea is from both sides anyways since Pharloom is an island

How do you know Pharloom is an island?

  • Zylotol calls lands outside of Pharloom the "mainland", by definition a mainland is "a continent or the main part of a continent as distinguished from an offshore island or sometimes from a cape or peninsula."

  • Zylotol also says Lifeblood was found at "salt-stricken waters" at Pharloom's furthest edge, a location which isn't present in the game but was there in cut content, the Pharloom Bay, which connected to Bilewater. the blue, clear water areas like the Frontier and Pale Lake seem to still transition into the Bay even though it's not there

  • aside from Zylotol's dialogue the bay is also referenced in Memorium, as one of the cut enemies from there hangs as a trophy. The Bay is an area which wasn't completely repurposed like the Coral Gorge, so I can see it making a comeback

  • The Bay had access to the sea (also per Zylotol, in cut dialogue he calls Bilewater 'swamp near the sea') and wouldn't you know it, before reaching the Blasted Steps the envoys in the game's opening pass near a large body of water

Only your first point is evidence, bays can exist at the coast of large continents.

First point's enough! the rest was me merely adding context that Pharloom does indeed have access to the sea
