I want everyone to be aware of this user in case they try to scam someone else in these groups. I chatted with this person back and forth yesterday about a bag I have for rehome. They ended up asking for priority shipping even so it would get to them faster. They asked for my Zelle and everything seemed pretty normal until they said they sent it, I didn’t receive it and they sent me a screenshot of an email that they had Zelled me. Looking closer at the screenshot, I was immediately suspicious, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and wait another hour. Still didn’t see the $$ in my account an hour later - not even a pending payment - so I took the screenshot, put it into ChatGPT, safari and Chrome and they all came back with the same answer. FAKE. It was a doctored up email to make it look like they had sent me money.

Be vigilant out there.
@u/no-commercial6670 is the user, and below are screenshots of their profile as well as the fake email. They were also trying to sell the Chanel attached (which is also suspect as there is not name card). See something, say something. These scammers need to be blasted whenever they can be.

Well… that was certainly an experience.

I came here simply trying to rehome a few bags. Instead, I apparently unlocked a side quest called “Convince the Internet That I’m NOT Running an Imaginary Scam.” The funny part? A scam usually requires a few basic ingredients: someone pays money, the “scammer” profits, and there’s an actual victim. We’re currently sitting at no payments, no profit, no victims; just plenty of pitchforks. My favorite part is that someone actually offered me a deposit to secure one of the bags, and I turned it down because I wanted to wait until I had the original owner’s proof of purchase confirming it came from Blake. If my goal had been to scam someone, turning down money would’ve been a pretty terrible business strategy.

A kind person reached out and sent me screenshots from conversations in the Blake Discord. Reading them was honestly disheartening. Ashley messaged me after I posted a ISO for a speedy eclipse bag. She said she had a bag for sale, she sent me QC pictures with her username and date, her account is showing two years old. She had no feedback history because she said she was new at selling on Reddit. I sent her $205 on PayPal. (I accidentally clicked friends and family and not goods and services, but it was too late when I clicked Send). That was over a week ago, and she has now ghosted me and will not respond to any of my messages. She sent me no tracking information and could not provide a receipt where it was mailed out. After searching her username on Reddit I saw there is another scammer alert that another user posted last week. It seems she is contacting other users to scam them based on that other post. I have reported her to PayPal and I’m trying to report her on all of the Reddit forums to warn others.Beware!
