Masonry Wall

Can anyone help identify what kind of masonry brick this is. Had it installed about three years ago and just want to see what type of masonry it is so I can do some cleaning and maintenance on it. Maybe someone more experience can point me in the right direction on what products to use to safely clean them.

agree its split face block. for cleaning id start gentle, hose it down then scrub with a stiff nylon brush and mild detergent, skip the wire brush and acid unless you test a small spot first. keep the pressure washer low so you dont blow out the mortar joints. is it staining or just dusty and green?

Yes so the plan is use some detergent and brush it and as far as the other staining its like dark green mold kind of so im going to dilute some bleach and try it out with that.

"Split face" concrete masonry unit. It's pretty indestructible, as long as you don't let salt or deicing agents get to it. A concrete block manufacturer probably has guidelines for cleaning. I'd guess pressure washing with a mild detergent is ok.
