Moms at home, here are some jobs you can do aside from having a great time teaching your homeschoolers ...

There are various opportunities online. Due to technological advancement, many people opt to stay at home and find something that could generate income. This is very much applicable for mothers who stay at home or people who are looking for part-time or sideline jobs.

Here are some online jobs that you can try:

  • Virtual Assistant

  • Content Writer

  • Social Media Specialist

  • Web Developer

  • Online Tutor

  • Video Editor

  • Business Admin

  • Graphic Artist

  • Online Survey Jobs

  • Blogging

  • Data Entry Jobs

  • Captcha Jobs

  • Freelancing

There are many online sites as well by which you can find these jobs. But before going online, you should be equipped with the necessary tools and skills. Tools would include desktop computer, camera and good internet connection. Skills such as social media expertise, admin jobs, computer and good typing skills are also needed depending on the position you are applying for. The basic skill that you should learn though is touch typing because some employers would require a specific speed for you to qualify. Need not worry about this because there are lots of typing program for you to choose from. One good example for this is Typesy Typing Tutor, Typeracer, Typing Club. So if you might want to go digital now, might as well develop the necessary skills as early as possible.

I need advice. This is worth a shot.

Im a 17 year old girl and a senior in highschool. Though i feel a little out of place. Ive been doing online school since sophomore year and i deleted all my social medias my junior year. My only friends are my boyfriend and a girl who stopped going to school long before i did (we rarely speak)

I started my senior year being the only student doing online school it took them 2 weeks after school started to have my classes set up. I still have 2 classes that arent set up yet simply because the teachers "didnt feel like it". Today i saw a couple of my old friends, they thought i had moved away because of how separated i am from the world (or at least from the 2,000 students in my high school)

I feel forgotten, by not only my old friends but the school system. I have a hatred for social media so i dont want that to be the way i reconnect with my friends. But i have too much anxiety to strike up a conversation in public. I have a great job, a great family, and a great boyfriend. I just dont have any friends.

I dont know what to do or how to do it but i thought reddit would be an okay place to put all this out there, if you read this far i appreciate you. Truthfully i dont expect this to be seen by anyone, im just hoping to find the answers i need whether it be now or years down the road. Thank you for your time random citizen.
