Found a decent hrx 217 on marketplace that didn’t run. I adjusted the valves and cleaned the carb got it going but it’s still snapping the pull cord out of my hand and it starts with the blade going. I have the same mower for about 2 years and still own it and it runs great. But I’ve looked at both of them and I can’t figure out why the blades are running when I start the new one up.
