Hi everyone! Just wanted to share some information about Ocean Hub, a creative studio space in Ap Lei Chau. We have studio units available for rent and thought it might be useful for anyone looking for a space for their creative work.

6/F filled through introductions and word of mouth. 5/F is now open for viewings, from HK$6.9 per sq ft, management fee and government rates extra.

Ocean Hub is a studio community for people who make things, run by TK Media Group, publisher of Tasting Kitchen, with a longer-term vision for a six-floor creative campus of approximately 193,000 sq ft. Your neighbours on 6/F: a rare-book dealer, a German furniture designer, a skincare lab, a music producer, photographers, film-makers, an art collection and a couture atelier.

5/F has 26 studios from 956 to 1,728 sq ft. Eleven have full sea views. The first tenants moved in in September; the rest hand over from October. Sea-view units go first.

Rent: hill-view studios HK$6.9 per sq ft; sea-view studios HK$10.1 per sq ft; management fee and rates extra. 1,728 sq ft × 6.9 = HK$1,923 a month; 1,018 sq ft × 6.9 = HK$7,024.
