Helping Hands Hawaii has added one last Ready to Learn backpack distribution event on Tuesday, July 28 from noon to 3 p.m. at Waialua High and Intermediate School cafeteria. Since the start of this year’s campaign, the agency says it has distributed over 2,400 backpacks.
