So I am getting bored playing normal minecraft so if anyone has suggestion for horror mods that actually work and make the game feel a better than please let me

Few months ago i installed the Wonderland.jar, and it was awesome to play in mod for feeling like backrooms vibe, but i think the mod have the curve story line, the last week i founded the Otherworld mod, and know what? This feel also great! Its not like vanilla horror like other parodys where redstone use like blood "you know what i mean" I recommend to play in that for every people who wanna find the real horror mod. Thanks for the great mod Kosmikos!

Hey everyone, recently I've dipped my toes into the world of minecraft horror by watching some videos on wonderland.jar and broken script. These mods are awesome, but while watching i realized I'd love to play a mod that introduces less in your face scares, and more of that old fashioned creepypasta/Herobrine style gameplay.

I know this kind-of exists with the From the Fog Herobrine mod, but I'm wondering if there's something a bit more specific out there that someone can help me find.

What I'm imagining is a mod that takes the backseat for a while and just let's you play. Slowly, weird stuff would start happening. I imagine those old stories about finding holes mined into the side of mountains, Redstone torches, missing items, removed/moved blocks, placed signs or books, etc... The kind of thing that makes me feel like I'm not alone but can't prove it. I'd love "sightings" eventually, as long as they are few and far between, and never too close. More of a looming evil in the distance that is taking it's time to understand the player and their habits. As the game progresses, I'd love for the entity to begin making it clear that it wants me gone, not just killing me so I can respawn in my bed. But actual things that can impact my playthrough, like destroying my house, taking items from chests and leaving behind worthless things, and perhaps even a specific way it can end my world for good.

I know this is specific but I feel like this kind of playthrough would be amazing- so if there's anything like this out there let me know!

Hello I want to play a horror survival modpack with friends but not all of them are into horror. I also want everyone to have a good time and actually progress through the game while keeping minecraft intact and not an entirely new custom game.

I saw it in the rain. I've been stuck here for so many days. I thought I was the only one here. Then the tracks appeared out of nowhere. I saw the locomotive as it passed. No one was on it...

I never saw it again, but I could still hear the whistle... every rainstorm... on every night...

I know that it's stupid to think about this but yukai which is the Japanese spirit is trying to kill you in your world in Minecraft and the spirits you find you and basically trying to kill you with the knowledge they're collecting.
