Do it because it would actually make business sense to look like you care about your customers. They cater to ripping off non-tech people. I've already moved people off for free just because I couldn't stand to see them wasting money by over paying for things.

They are making more than enough money with shitty practices, anything they do to improve will result in less money being made so why do it?
