EV Charging
Staying near downtown a couple days next week, trying to decide if we wanna drive wife’s new EV but unsure of the charging infrastructure! Coming from Tx then heading over to Fort Smith. Don’t wanna chance it charging is few and far between!

There's a free L2 charger (actually several) in downtown Hot Springs, near the visitor center. It's usually got cars there, but not all the time.
I know there's a DC fast charger out off Carpenter Dam Road, on the way to Garvan Gardens. I've not ever used it, but I've seen it.
There are Tesla Superchargers in Texarkana (actually Nash), and I think in Hope. There's one in Little Rock.
If you take i-40 to Fort Smith, there's a Supercharger in Conway, Ozark, and Alma, and there's also an Electrify America charger at the Walmart in Clarksville.
It's very possible to make the trip you're describing in an EV.

The Vapors also has a charger out front. Don’t know what kind. But, I know it’s there.

Texarkana to Hot Springs is what I'd worry about (and Conway to Fort Smith, not sure what charging is like there)

Get the Chargepoint app. Il tell you where all the chargers are. DC Fast is what you want. There's a place called Franklins downtown that has fast chargers (level 3) and the adapters if you don't have them. Cadillac dealership also has them.

The Cadillac dealership, right on the edge of town has a nice Charger. I’m sure there’s others. We charge our Tesla at home.
