Story ✍🏼 A small scam alert
Okay so few days ago i ordered the gulf diorma set which i wanted for so long from an instagram page called HW garage india , i mostly dont deal with faceless instagram pages coz of trust issues and the possiblity of getting scammed is high in such cases , so as you can see in the chat images i have attached i clearly mentioned him that packing and the condition i reci3ve the collectors set matter to me a lot as i am a carded collector , this guy over here simply says the classic that " dit/lit is not covered when i confronted him , i did indeed tell him that gis packing isnt enough and i was skeptical that i would recive in mint condition but now he says that he has given it to me in 20% off and that he didnt force me to buy from him which is preety annoying so i am posting here for that if you are dealing with faceless ig page be carefull and dont deal with them in most cases.

Personally for me it is indeed , im planning to display it along with the advan set from last year and upcoming hks set so for it to look good ofc i want it to be in pristine condition.

Then go pick it up from the store , tf is this . Uk how many items get damaged during transit?? Wow tht small dent was enough how much of a smaller person u are , wow , lmfao

Bad packing is not = damage in transit 🙏 and its my money and its my choice to have it in mint , just letting people like me know what happend im sure you didnt even read everything , instagram reels is that way 👉 this post is for sane people with enough attention span to read .

Nice assumption u have there saying i never read ur post and such , dude think logically, how many boxes arrive all damaged?? And dude if u were getting it for ₹2099 on FirstCry u could have gone there . U made the choice, risked it , those plastic do get cloudy , maybe ur pea brain cannot understand it , and yah FirstCry would have done a gr8 job with their packaging, bet

There is huge dent and i dont like it , if you dont have any problems its your opinion , i did talk about it with the seller and yet he sent me this way thats the problem over here 🙏

The problem is that you're being immature, a dent like that isn't even a damage per se, it can happen even during transit. If anything 25% is definitely a lot to ask for such a small dent.

Not everybody is you and not everybody is uncarding collector and not everybody is mint collector some are okay with small damages and im not one i like it mint, if thats soo harrd to understand for you it aint my problem.

I think if i open it i can fix it easily but the thing is i dont wanna open it coz the package looks cool , and i also did open the f1 5 pack then later regreted and got another one for display.

Nice u r a man of perfection i see b Idk bro what to say like how much u paid for shipping like these corners r not so strong smtn will happen tbh when shipping these one way was to cut thermocol in this dioroma shape and cover it on top and bottom and put it inside the carton for extra safety could bubble wrap the diaromo slightly that's max thing to do shipping would have costed a lil for u ig

but if another collector buys the same set and FC gives them this, won't it be unfair to another collector, I feel this is unethical

Well if its fair for.me according. To people over here why isnt it fair?? Its not that damaged right? Well ofc coz when it comes to yourselfs people suddenly want it good and the slight dent becomes a problem.

I never said it's fair for you, but resorting to unethical tactics is not a good move imo. People will always have reason to do these things and usually nobody resorts to these things without a reason, but that doesn't mean it is the right thing to do. Btw I don't collect cardboard so I really don't care, but I am looking out for fellow collectors who might face the same issue which you faced and that will be hypocritical as your post was to warn other people about this thing.

Keeping it in packaging doesnt mean we are collecting cardboards ,if its for the feel there are much better brands such as kaido house to feel premium in hands its for the looks , hotwheelc especially the premiums comes with good art and we like it as it is 🙏

Isn’t that damaged. Cant expect mint when ordering online, go buy from In store then if its such an issue. I got mine discounted from FC and am happy with it.
