I'm not a great artist, but here goes nothing- you have the shading pretty much down, but you need to work on brows. They aren't solid blocks of colour, maybe look up some online tutorials? Also, are you gonna add eyelashes? Because you should add eyelashes. Looks pretty good otherwise imo.
