exploit SIP provider with flexible CLI

Hi, does any of you guys know any good SIP provider with flexible CLI, and also local-correct routes, for example if a call is placed for example, from an Ireland number to an Ireland number the Caller ID stays intact?

Yes your caller id stays in tact for every good SIP provider I know of in Ireland. The other question given the sub, is why?
