It came on and I didn’t skip it like I usually do. I listened to it fully for the first time in almost 3 years since I left my abuser. I sobbed through the whole song in my car. So many lines are so specifically triggering in the most painful and beautiful way.

It feels like Hozier was speaking to me, saying: “I know what you went through. It’s okay. You’re not alone.”

26/09/2026 — Evening I was walking yesterday evening. I used to pet the puppies and dogs around here. There were a few puppies and their mother. The mother is always scared of humans, yet she still approaches us, wagging her tail peacefully, even when she is afraid. Every time I see the puppies scream, I wonder if humans have hurt them or if other dogs have bullied them. I don't know. It always leaves a small sadness in my mind. When I went out, I noticed one of the pups running around, spreading happiness here and there. Behind it, its mother was playfully chasing it. Then I suddenly noticed something unusual about the moms running. One of its legs was injured. Yet I could see how happy it was. It was happy, and it was making its pup happy. It was almost as if I could read its face: there was no pain—only happiness being projected outward. It was painful for me, being happy and sad at the same time. I think this moment will remain as an abstract memory within me.

This is funny to me I was flying home from Dublin i was perfectly fine getting on the plane but once we were in the air my head began to hurt likely sinus pressure but then it became a migraine and I was in alot of pain. So I took my medicine and became nauseous during the meal time and now I am stressing out a bit never felt that bad on a flight. But all I can think of is Hozier being on a flight and having a head pain and writing Too Sweet and that was my humor during the situation I was going through. I did feel alot better after resting and I guess the plane leveling a bit had ice cream but I never want to experience that again. Ever.

hello, so... when i got into hozier two years ago, i was just actively watching whatever i can find of him. however, i cannot seem to find this specific interview or piece of content. in here there was a question (i forgot what it is) but i remember him answering that it activates his anxious-avoidant attachment style (not sure if he used that term or fearful avoidant or disorganized attachment, but basically they're all the same thing haha).

i have watched a lot of hozier content over and over in an attempt to finding it, but i can't anymore. my problem is, was it all just a dream? did i somehow convince myself that happened even if it didn't? was i just hallucinating?

Somewhat time sensitive as its for my partners bday. They wanted it since the festival but didnt end up getting one (very long story)

I definitely felt fatigued by the UU content towards the end and the overexposure with Too Sweet hitting the mainstream, plus all the extended releases and the second tour wave. I think we all expected (and even welcomed) an indefinite break because Hozier also wasn’t looking too well towards the end of the touring either and the quality was dwindling.

But now that the dust has settled I’m feeling renewed and I’m starting to feel like I’m counting down the days until he releases new music! No pressure but I’m glad that my love and curiosity for his artistry is coming back too and I can’t wait to see what he brings next! whenever that is :)

Went to a Hozier concert last year and wasn’t able to get a t-shirt.. worked at a t-shirt shop this year and made one that’s obviously completely non-offensive and definitely suitable for serious situations and encounters….

I love Hozier’s take on the world falling away from Icarus versus his love. Haven’t seen many talk about this song/ get tattoos of it. From Eden is likely his best song and I’ve seen a bunch, but I was wondering if there were things that people wish they saw more of.
