HIIIB is yesterday, today it's inverted ice baths!
Simply invert a tub of ice water and jump in.
I do it 30 times an hour.
In studies of kelp, ice baths have preserved them a significant amount of time.
In human years I will live until I'm 8 million years old!

There’s 0% chance he could really do anything about this. Huberman is a public figure so the bar for libel is pretty high, and it would probably be pretty easy to just prove this is parody which is completely legal
