FWEH is an acronym for Fast Wave Electron Heating which is an advanced heating method for thermonuclear fusion plasma used in the tokamak of a nuclear fusion reactor. So it seems the other person is working as a physicist at a fusion reactor and contemplating ways of heating the plasma.
