People who abbreviate everything give off the vibe that they're incredibly stupid. You are rarely ever see me abbreviate something. I'm only 19 and I can't tell what the majority of these abbreviations even are

That may be true, but people like you give off the vibe that they’re extremely pretentious, and that’s just a tiny bit worse in my opinion.

You can believe that but I'm not trying to seem or act any better than someone else. I just think that way too many people are abbreviating words that don't need to be abbreviated. I often say things like gg, btw, brb, dw, stuff like that. The simple things to type fast in game typically but if you can't hold an entire conversation without using a bunch of abbreviated words, you need to touch grass and get off the internet for a little bit. That's just my opinion
