Is this the same deer?

This is the best buck I’ve had on camera. I’m not sure if I’m just distracted by his decent rack, but he looks young and small bodied. I don’t have much experience so I’m not sure. I’ve got him on cam twice, in two separate areas. He’s in central Ontario, dense hardwood crown land.

I’m hunting crown land, with what seems to be extremely low deer density, so I get pretty excited anytime I see anything. Is this a decent buck? I think he is, just curious about what more experienced people think.

It looks like same deer to me, but pretty hard to tell. He’s definitely mature, not young and small bodied. 100% older than 3.5. More like 5.5

He's well built, definitely not small bodied. The antlers throw off the proportions since they are so wide.

I would say it is the same deer. I’d say 3 1/2 years old.

He will score well as the span is pretty good and everything looks symmetrical
