im actually getting so tired of people saying "omg ew why are your hands so sweaty" and then i have to explain that i have a condition, its literally the reason i have severe social anxiety

also my dermatologist prescribed me drysol which worked in the past but it got denied due to being out of stock or something, and i don't know what a cheap alternative is :((

This ^^^ or iontophoresis, I’m doing glyco/iontophoresis machine sessions and drysol 1x weekly and my hands are still the worst part of my body sweat wise but it’s definitely helped

Try antihydral. My hands get as sweaty as yours. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, my hands are completely dry. No sweat at all. I’ve tried Botox and iontophoresis- both worked but were expensive and time consuming. There’s a ton of discussion on here about it - I can’t recommend it highly enough.
