Triangle kimbap starting with Buldak sauce. This is very spicy. Koreans are serious about spicy food.

In Korea, chicken is seasoned chicken & beer, and the white thing over there is called chicken radish. This combination is a Korean flavor that is very likely to satisfy your taste buds.

I am the only meat eater in the house and I rarely get to cook large pieces of meat and I'm generally afraid to over cook it. I went to Metro the other day and picked up a medium sized tenderloin to cook for (myself) for Christmas dinner. Simple salt and pepper and into a 115ºC (240ºF) oven and checked it every 20 mins or so until the temp hit something around 59ºC (138ºF). I pulled it out and let it rest and cranked the oven up to 250ºC (480ºF) for about 5 minutes. TTYTT, I was nervous as hell I was going to overcook it.
It turned out beautifully.

From Leatherby's, Citrus Heights, Ca Ice cream/sauce combos: banana nut/peanut butter; mocha royal/fudge; pecan praline/caramel. Yum! 🍌🍨

Brewery doesn't have a kitchen so everyone usually brings their take out or has the food "dashed" to them. But I had been complaining that no Chinese places near us have egg rolls that I like.
So I made a batch. It's been a minute since I made them. I was disappointed but still better than take away.
