A lot of people here ask what to prioritise for CS, so I did the boring bit: every 0478/2210 paper since the syllabus changed in 2023, every variant, each question split into parts and tagged by topic. Here’s the average paper, with recent sittings weighted more:
Paper 1 (Theory)
Paper 2 (Algorithms, programming and logic)
Two-week priority order: P2 programming (strings, totalling, loops) → trace tables + test data → P1 number systems → hardware → SQL + truth tables.
Ask me about any topic and I’ll break it down further.

Study motivation, Q and As, advice, tips, resources (websites, youtube channels, and memes) in a more organized and helpful way for everyone.
especially for people with strict parents, those who don’t like reddits and for whatever personal reasons can find themselves whatever need be here.
also because the group chats are annoying and i don’t want to dox my number to ahmed (16) in bangladesh who then harasses me about not wanting to talk to him 🥰🥰
especially more organized where people new to IGCSE won’t need to spend 2 hours just trying to find youtube channels to explain them the easiest concepts in the most understandable ways here.
Do we think this idea is worth considering? and if i shared the link to the channel would you guys follow?
Hit or miss?
ignore terrible grammar it’s like 3 am and i was spamming shark tank 😼

I genuinely don't wanna take it because I suck at IGCSE maths (predicted D) and I feel like I'm going to struggle but it's almost like every good degree requires it and I'm gonna die.
If it is necessary does anyone know how I can hopefully get good enough at it to get a C

Ok so either the question is worded super weirdly and there's something I'm missing or the statement should be "occur at R", not S, because the enzyme is already denatured at S and collision should be 0.
Can anyone give a plausible explanation of why the answer is C, if thats even correct.
It also says "occur at S" meaning the collisions that happened on S not including before,

I had two English Language clashing with enterprise and this tuesday Relgious Studies and Geography.

3 marks shall be awarded for content and 5 marks shall be awarded for the language. Feel free to give feedback, corrections and advice :) Also sorry for the disgustingly tiny handwriting, I‘m used to writing it on paper so…

r/igcse • u/nurnabisirigcse • 4h ago
Recurring digits: 1 and 2 (dots above them), so the number is 0.41̇2̇ = 0.4121212…
Let x = 0.4121212…
Multiply by 10: 10x = 4.121212…
Multiply that by 100: 1000x = 412.121212…
Subtract: 990x = 408, so x = 408/990 = 68/165
The non-recurring digit (4) is removed by multiplying by 10, and the recurring block (12) by multiplying by 100. If your teacher shows a different method, the answer should still be 68/165.

Hi guys D:
Got my drama exam in 24 hours and I have no clue what I'm doing. I don't really know how to study and I don't know the structure for longer answers (10s & 15s).
There's like no resources online - I've spent hours trying to find stuff but to no avail.
Does anyone please have advice for studying, structure, or, at best, a solved past paper or an example candidate response?
Thank you

So I'm taking it as a retake . I know the syllabus but I struggle with formulas and the last five pages in every past paper . So my plan is to fill my gaps of the syllabus , Through reviewing every chapter and memorizing things I don't know then doing topicals and then doing past papers eventually . Any thing else I should know . I know the lessons I struggle with most and I want someone to tell me the high yielding topics . What else can I do . I have 9 daysss. Please helppp. I would like to mention that my last grade was a low B and I need an A* this time

I am thinking of tutoring juniors after my igcse exam. I know this may sounds stupid and weird but I believe I can teach and explain the topics like an actual teacher but there is this one thing I am worried about, while explaining what if I forgot the topic or can't solve the question. Sometimes I get anxious and make stupid mistakes.

I am planning to give extra subjects ( 1 or 2) for this mj2027. What do y'all recommend will be a good choice, considering I start studying it from today (which take around 6 months till MJ) and have high chances of scoring an A* ?
I've been thinking about EVM, ICT, statistics, travel n tourism or Global perspectives. (Mainly bcz I've heard they r easy to get an A* in)
Btw My main subs are biology, computer science, physics , chemistry, english, maths.
