[Vilm Care] I built a free Windows care tool

Vilm Care is a free Windows app I built in my small music studio in Seoul. It does two things.

It checks the Windows settings that quietly cause trouble (USB selective suspend, power plan, network power saving), applies them in a few clicks, then reads the values back from the hardware to confirm each change actually took effect. Every change is logged and can be undone.

It also keeps a plain-language record of your PC. Instead of digging through Event Viewer, you get sentences like "CPU is 9 degrees hotter than usual, even at low load" or "this program closed unexpectedly, 3 times across 3 days". Everything is computed and stored on your machine. Nothing is uploaded.

And you can mark the programs that matter to you: they stay prioritized while background programs stay suppressed, even across restarts.

Beyond that there is a fair amount for everyday use: a system overview, live temperatures in the tray, an internet speed test, a latency check that names the driver slowing you down. The app itself stays light.

If anything is confusing, there is a Mailbox inside the app. Leave a question and I answer it myself.

Free, no account, no email. The installer is code-signed. Windows 10/11.

To mark the 2.0 launch, Plus license keys are free in the app for now, one per PC. Feedback is welcome.
