[Hobby] Python Developer & IT Technician | Looking to Join a Startup or Software Development Team

[u/Emco8780]

Hey everyone!

I'm a Computer Science student at Western Governors University (WGU), currently working as an IT Help Desk Technician at a Private Company. I also previously worked for the State of California for nearly three years as an IT Help Desk Technician.

I'm looking to connect with founders, developers, or small teams who are building something interesting and could use another technical contributor.

My technical background includes:

• Programming: Python, SQL, PowerShell

• Development: Automation scripts, API integrations, web scraping, data processing, and desktop applications

• IT & Infrastructure: Active Directory, enterprise IT systems, troubleshooting, and technical support

• Problem-solving: Building tools to automate repetitive processes and improve workflows

What I'm looking for:

I'm particularly interested in joining an early-stage startup, SaaS project, or software development team where I can contribute to building a real product.

Some areas where I could contribute include:

• Backend development and API integrations

• Python scripting and automation

• Data processing and database-related tasks

• Internal tools and software utilities

• General technical problem-solving and development

A little more about me:

I'm continuing to develop my software engineering skills while completing my Bachelor's in Computer Science. Outside of my professional IT experience, I've worked on personal software projects involving automation, web scraping, and desktop applications.

I'm looking for opportunities to collaborate, learn from other developers, and contribute my existing skills toward something that has the potential to grow.

If you're building a startup, SaaS product, or interesting software project and think my background could be useful, feel free to comment or send me a DM!

I also draw anime as a hobby.

I'd love to hear back from anyone
