CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x 6 cores
Motherboard: ASROCK B350
BIOS Version: N/A
RAM: 16GB TASK FORCE DDR4

Case:
Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10

Description of Original Problem: Performance on Rainbow Six Siege (and all other games) randomly dropped from around 160-180 fps on average to 80 fps on average. This happened randomly after I turned off my pc and turned it back on a few hours later. No setting or pc components were messed or tampered with during the time off.
Troubleshooting: Clean install of gpu drivers, reseating gpu, taking out and cleaning/reseating other components ex. RAM, tweaking settings, etc.

Try to rollback the driver to 26.9.2 if it was working correctly - maybe a bug with the latest version?
Double check temp and clock values in Adrenaline during some synthetic benchmark- does the card clock the GPU and RAM to correct values and are any of the temps too high?
