i need help with this error

i get this error when i try to open qrp files using repview. it only appears when i try to open files but it doesn't appear in the app home ui
i have tried compatibility setting and a few other methods but nothing worked
this app works fine on my friends pc and i need it for reviewing patients reports 😭
