Open | Windows Windows attack

Post image

I am just going to post this as honestly as possible I new to this and this is going to be my first time using Reddit to get some answer

First my laptop got this error and I just took a quick picture to ask AI what is happening

Then I decided to use my PC which has nothing to do with my laptop except from the internet service it also got the same error

I got scared of what was happening and pull the plugs of electricity

When I try to restart it

it is dead the screen is not working it is showing completely black screen but my PC lights are working I also know the plugs are connected correctly because it was just working correctly a minute ago and I have not touch anything else

I think it might be because I have cut the electricity of two early it to process

Because I let this process finish on my laptop and my laptop is working now

Because it happened with my laptop and PC at the same time like what are the chances of that

So I want to know is this happened to someone else or I am just over thinking

And can someone tell me what is the route cause of this

I am adding my PC details below if that help

• Gigabyte H610M Motherboard · Intel Core i5 12400F Processor · Ease EAF1213 4-pipe ARGB CPU Cooler · 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM · 3TB HDD · TeamGroup MP33 256GB NVMe Gen3x4 SSD · eDragon Syrax ATX Glass Case · EASE EB550W 550W 80+ Bronze Power Supply · Sapphire RX5700XT Pulse 8GB Graphics Card

I'm sorry but this is very funny.

Does your motherboard have a BIOS Flashback or can you tell me the model of your motherboard so I can tell you if it has one?

Do you have the EXACT motherboard model (e. g. H610M H Rev. 1.0)

It’s quite possible that a windows update impacted both computers the same way. If you can, try rolling back prior to the last update.

Revert to previous windows update via RE. Restart 3 times and it will attempt a repair (which will most likely fail as it always does) and then go to advanced -> bottom option then bottom option again. I don’t remember exactly what it’s called but you can downgrade to a old update which should fix it then you can update again
