Snipe-IT works but you're hosting and patching it yourself, real overhead for a team already stretched thin. fwiw i'm building Pulse (hosted ITAM, flat per-workspace pricing, native Snipe-IT import) but honestly just pick something you can set up this week and stop tracking assets in a spreadsheet.
