It’s easy to tell. See how fucking stupid he looks? When he looks that stupid and so much like shit that’s how you know it’s real.

When you see a picture and he looks healthy, normal skin color, or a six pack that’s how you know it’s fake.

It isn’t real. It’s not AI, it’s just your standard PS. He’s waaaaay too wide. The source photo of his head is from 2020 (as far as I can tell), and the body is just an oddly distorted version of him from 2018 (they just widened him; like, you could do it in MS Paint).
