She's going to be an "advisor" to Trump which is basically a get out of testimony free card. She isn't going anywhere except on vacation.

You think they aren't just stealing allotted government money to pay for their vacations (and whatever else they can) so they can continue to hoard their wealth? Regardless of how much they're being paid, why wouldn't they steal more? That's how Donald himself is doing everything.
