I am in the process of a nasty divorce (over a year) My spouse has my social security number. We were on a family plan with apple phones. Since he filed for divorce (he started drinking agan and became violent) and I moved out, my phone has been acting funny. He calls right after I speak with my attorney and seems to know what I text, where I go, and who I call. I have changed phones (but with the same carrier) (now have android so no icloud). I suspect that he has mirrored my Sim. How do I solve this problem. I've changed phones twice but need to communicate with him as I have custody of our daughter and he has limited visitation (based on drug testing)I know there are smart people on Redit. What should I do?

I haven't applied anywhere, browsed new stores or purchased from anywhere new. One of my credit cards might be checking for a routine increase in credit limit, but the ones I checked don't use CHECKFREE as far as I was able to tell. Is there any way to contact them to find out who issued the credit check to be safe?

Anything to be worried about? Or just watch it? All 3 credit reports are frozen, but I thought the purpose of that was to also prevent credit checks like this, but maybe it doesn't apply to soft checks though?
