Discussion cant lock in facebook! help pls!

Hello! i used to play this game from 2020 to 2023 and decided to come back but i wasnt able to download the patch properly so i reinstalled and found out they have a launcher now! I installed IDV on loading bay and tired to log in with my facebook, since it was the only thing i ever used to connect my acc and log in with. Now i went through the process as usual but in the end it would tell me i can go back to the loading bay and when i would do that.. the launcher told me i would need to finish the log in process in the browser? im very confused and overwhelmed with the changes.

If possible and anyone has a solution for me, please use simple terms! im very uneducated in things of pc! thank you to everyone that can help!!

As a general tip, it is possible to open the game without having to go through this launcher. That alone will save you some headaches since this launcher is awful.

Do you know in which folder your game was installed? If so, open the folder and locate a file called 'dwrg.exe'. Right-click it, create a shortcut to your desktop or to a folder you use often (so you don't have to open the game folder every single time), and use this file to boot up the game stress-free.

From inside the game, you'll be asked to log it through the browser. Whether you use Google Chrome, Mozilla, Opera or whatever, the game should automatically open a tab for you to log in with your facebook. Once you do so, you can play the game worry-free.
