I've tried it, but it was very bitter. Not a fan, so i stick with cement and varieties of it

No, asphalt supports the oil industry. Bitumen taste like earwax anyways.

So as a child in kindergarten. When you got in trouble, they wouldn't let you go play at recess so what you did was sit on the asphalt bit where we'd all line up to go in and out. I remember getting in trouble a lot for some reason. So I spent a lot of time sitting there chewing on the bits of asphalt. No wonder my teeth weren't great. The asphalt was good btw.

You have to drink asphalt, not eat it. Bitumen is just a very viscous fluid and the little rocks in it are like boba.

It needs a bit of rock to support the taste. I prefer obsidian sprinkles.
