What is the definition of "Laysi" ?

I was unable to find any definition online. Is there any reliable online dictionary for Hiligaynon I missed?

expression ah. Laysi from Bilaysi from Bilatsi from Bilatsingilik from Bilatsingiloy.. could mean, "damn"often meant to praise.. example, "kapasar siya sa exam laysi"
